As many people will know from their dealings with us through the Buzz Book, all staff
try their utmost to be respectful to our clients, many of whom are now our
friends. We need their trust and support as much as they need to advertise their
product. What we, nor anyone else wants or needs are the freeloaders,
who strive to make money and climb the status ladder at other peoples labours and
expense. We have yet another freeloader, in the form of Paprika, a small sandwich
shop in Karaoglanoglu. This man has no scruples, and hopefully in the
near future, no business. Despite going to his shop and taking his own advert
from his own computer on deadline day for the Girne street map, he is now refusing to pay his bill, complaining that we
did not show him the advert when he had already been quite clearly told that
would not be possible as printing would start that same day. You may well know the saying "What goes around comes around ", well hopefully he will have his turn, and at 19 tl for a standard English breakfast, (Yes 19tl! ), we should not have to wait too long. |
